Amadeus is conducting a 1-day workshop and we need your help. We are inviting our highly valued customers to join us on the 26th June in central London, but be quick as spaces will fill fast!
What is it about?
The Workshop will cover your perceptions of Amadeus and how you think and feel about us. We’ll explore what it’s really like to be one of our customers: from when you make an initial enquiry, through to implementation and beyond. We want to know where we get it right and where we need to do better.
We’ll use the feedback we gather to improve the experience we deliver to our customers. I can assure you this will not be just a “talking shop” – all your feedback will be taken into account, and positive changes will be made based on what we learn from you.
How does it work?
The Workshop will be run by Clued Up, a specialist research and insight agency based in London. They’re totally independent and that’s important because we want to hear your honest, open feedback. It will be a participatory event, with lots of round table discussions and breakout activities.
