Rowena – Customer Support Executive – GDS, ITCS, & Premium Services
I work in the Helpdesk within the 2nd level GDS, ITCS and Premium Services team. I support many Functional Products including Amadeus Ticket Changer, Quality Control, Amadeus Air Preferences and Negotiated Fares. I enjoy my role as I work with varied products so each day is different and I get satisfaction from trouble shooting and resolving as many issues as possible. I love to travel and each year have a short list of where I want to go, I still have Hawaii , Costa Rica & the Far East to tick off!
Karla – Customer Support Executive, 2nd Level e-Commerce
This is now my 19th year at Amadeus, time really flies! Although I am a newbie to the Amadeus UK Customer Support Team as I only moved here in March 2015. Happy to say it has been one of my greatest experiences so far. For me, every day spent in the UK is an adventure, from my lovely relationship with the trains, expanding my British vocabulary to experiencing new foods, especially curry!

I have been working for Amadeus for 7 years and I have loved every minute. I work for the 2nd level support team, taking care of core Amadeus products as well as bespoke solutions such as Amadeus Air Plus and Automation suite. I love being part of the team that truly believes we are shaping the future of travel.
Lorraine – Customer Support Executive – GDS, ITCS, & Premium Services
I’ve been working in the travel industry for 15 years now, and have really enjoyed the variety of experiences the industry has given me. I love learning about our new market leading products, and has been my main focus over this time. When I am not on the Helpdesk, the rest of my time is spent on mum duty to my one year old son.
Stu – Service & Delivery Manager, Operations
This is my 15th year at Amadeus, and I am lucky enough to have the greatest Customer Support Team in the world! In my spare time I like to go on mod ride-outs on the scooter and enjoy spending quality time with my wife and 2 children.
Emily – Customer Support Executive, 2nd Level e-Commerce
I have been working for Amadeus for 9 years. I worked on the Amadeus Selling Platform helpdesk first and now I am working in the e-commerce team which has a huge portfolio of products. After work I enjoy relaxing by attending a number of exercise classes a week. I enjoy Kettlercise, Piyo, Insanity and Dance fit. The rest of my time is busy organising my wedding, which is next year in Spain.
Pav – Customer Support Supervisor
I have worked for Amadeus for 12 years, in which time I have enjoyed a variety of roles within the customer support area. Away from work, I am a mum to 4 grown up children and 1 beautiful granddaughter. I also enjoy my holidays abroad, however I am now interested in discovering the beauties our country has to offer.
Phil – Technical & Network Support Engineer
I am one of the longest serving members of the helpdesk team with over 18 years of experience. I have worked in both the functional and technical areas so can offer a true bridge between our two departments.
Shabena – Customer Support Executive, 2nd Level e-Commerce
As well as working within the Customer Support Team, I also train customers on the Amadeus e-Travel Management Certification Course. I am passionate about my role at Amadeus and very excited about the future, and how our technology eases the booking process for our customers. I always travel with a smile on my face with the knowledge that somewhere in the background Amadeus is probably behind most of my Journey – Shabena is Powered by Amadeus!

I have worked for Amadeus for over 7 years, working currently on the 2nd level helpdesk supporting a number of specialist products. I am a busy working mum of 1 (soon to be 2!) who enjoys spending quality time with my family & friends.
